I just saw two deer in Poly Canyon. They just trotted across the trail in front of me. It's amazing how unfit I get in the matter of four days. And another thing that is crazy. This week is most likely going to kill me, not really, extremely stressful is more like it. That means less time which implies less running. So I can't reduce my stress if I don't have the time to run. AGH!!! irony...
